Meet Jennifer Sharman, a talented watercolour and mixed media artist based in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria. Jennifer was born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, where she developed a love for doodling, drawing, and painting as a child. Her mother was an oil painter, but Jennifer preferred the medium of watercolour, which she found to be more expressive and fluid. In my late teens and early 20s I focused on painting old outback farm buildings and derelict houses. I began studying at the South Australian School of Art but cut this short after getting married and starting a family. I decided on focusing on motherhood instead.

Fast forward to today, and Jennifer has a new husband and is enjoying retirement. With more time to pursue her artistic endeavours, she took up mosaics and found that it got her creative juices flowing once again. Inspired by the culture and beauty around her in Vienna, Jennifer has re-emerged as a watercolour and mixed media artist, with a focus on colourful and expressive abstract art.
